ANGELLIKI K. LIAMIS, MBA, AIA, NCARB, LEED AP ID+C
Angelliki K. Liamis is a registered Texas architect with over 14 years of architectural design experience, having worked with some of the world’s most prominent clients, including BP, Halliburton, NOV, Rolls-Royce, United Airlines, UTMB, and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. She earned her Bachelor of Architecture degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude from the University of Houston’s Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture, and holds an MBA from Houston Baptist University. Angelliki is also LEED AP ID+C, NCARB, and OSHA 30 certified.
Her portfolio spans diverse project types, including corporate offices, healthcare, outdoor courtyards, custom residences, airports, and restaurants. She believes that architecture is both an art and a science — one that can enhance lives, transform human experiences, and bring dreams to life.

JULIE LEEDER, AIA, NCARB
Julie Leeder is a registered architect with over 20 years of experience designing custom homes and commercial projects. She holds a Master of Architecture from the Academy of Art University, a Construction Management Certificate from the University of Washington, and a bachelor’s degree in Interior Design and CAD/CAM from Southern Utah University.
Julie thrives on the creative aspects of her work, tackling new challenges, and building strong relationships with clients and team members. She enjoys collaborating with owners, engineers, and contractors to create extraordinary structures that not only meet but exceed expectations.

DEBORAH BALCAREK, NCARB
Deborah Balcarek is a licensed architect with over 20 years of experience spanning a wide range of commercial and residential projects, including multi-family, mixed-use, pharmaceutical, and retail developments. She holds both a Bachelor of Architecture and a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the Rhode Island School of Design.
Deborah is passionate about connecting with clients and guiding projects from concept to completion. She is also deeply engaged in her community, serving on numerous boards, including the Planning Board, where she has been a member since 2013.
