PRINCIPAL ARCHITECT i FOUNDER

Angelliki K. Liamis is a registered Texas architect with 14+ years of architectural design experience for some of the world’s largest clients across the globe including BP, Halliburton, NOV, Rolls Royce, United Airlines, UTMB, and Army Corps of Engineers. Angelliki graduated with a Bachelor of Architecture with Magna Cum Laude Honors from the University of Houston, Gerald D. Hines College of Architecture and an MBA from Houston Baptist University.  She is also LEED AP ID+C, NCARB and OSHA 30 certified. Her past design experience includes designing various project types including corporate offices, outdoor courtyards, custom residences, airports and restaurants. Angelliki believes architecture is an art and science that can improve lives, change the human experience and capture dreams. 

Julie Leeder is a registered architect. She has a four year Master of Architecture from Academy of Art University, a two year Construction Management Certificate from University of Washington, and an undergraduate degree from Southern Utah University in Interior Design and CAD/CAM. Julie has over 20 years experience in the industry designing custom homes and commercial projects. She enjoys the creative part of her job, tackling new challenges, and the personal relationship she has with clients and other team members. She loves collaborating with owners, engineers, and contractors to create extraordinary structures that exceed the owner's expectations.
