This involvement helps ensure the work is executed in accordance with the approved documents and design intent. 

Visualize a new space or building through our 3D rendering services. Renderings support design decision-making by clearly communicating spatial relationships, form, and overall design intent prior to construction.

 Our interior architecture services include furniture and finish selections supported by virtual finish boards that clearly communicate material palettes and design intent. Virtual finish boards are included as part of our basic services, with physical finish boards available upon request.

These services are coordinated with architectural design to enhance clarity, branding, and user experience within commercial and healthcare spaces. 

 We offer convenient and reliable notary services as an ancillary service to our architectural work. Documents may be notarized for personal, legal, or business purposes. We notarize a wide range of documents, including acknowledgements, jurats, real estate paperwork, powers of attorney, affidavits, sworn statements, and construction or contractor agreements.
 

Notary services are available by appointment. The maximum charge is $10 per notarized document, in accordance with Texas regulations.
