Spring Street Mills Apartments is a nine-unit residential building offering three distinct floor plans ranging from 900 to 1,080 square feet. The building was designed to complement the architectural language of the adjacent buildings, maintaining continuity throughout the complex. Material selection and massing were carefully aligned to blend seamlessly with the surrounding context, reinforcing a cohesive and unified residential identity. The project emphasizes accessibility, comfort, and secure multi-family living. 

Each unit features a fully applianced kitchen with gray cabinetry and granite countertops, an oversized carpeted living room, and a spacious bedroom with a double closet. Bathrooms include ceramic tile flooring, a linen closet, and a walk-in, handicap-accessible shower stall, supporting inclusive design standards.

The building is equipped with an elevator, coin-operated laundry facilities on every floor, and a secure entry system with intercom access, providing convenience and safety for residents.
